In providing our services we create photographs which may identify you, your family members and other participants and that may be considered personal data. Our photographs may be produced in print and digital format. You are responsible for ensuring that all participants in a photography session have been provided with a copy of this privacy policy.
How Do We Use Your Information
We use your personal information in the following ways:

to provide you with our services and to create and deliver the products you have requested and contact you regarding your use of the services. Such use is necessary to respond to or implement your request and for the performance of the contract between you and Baby’s 1st Studio.

Website: Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

Business Transfers: if we sell our business or our company assets are acquired by a third party personal data held by us about our customers may be one of the transferred assets.

Payment Information
Any credit/debit card payments and other payments you make via any direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS. This is managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
Data Retention
We will keep your personal data only for as long as is reasonably necessary for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, or for the duration required by any legal, regulatory, accounting, analysis of statistics (to help grow our business) or reporting requirements, whichever is the longer. In addition, we will retain digital files for as long as required by us unless you specifically request us to delete any data. No guarantee is made for the term of the retention of digital files and it is your responsibility to back up any digital files you purchase from us.
Where an enquiry has been made via our website but no contract has been entered into, your data will be removed after 3 months unless you have consented to receive marketing communications. When you consent to receive marketing communications, we will keep your data until you unsubscribe. Upon expiry of the applicable retention period we will securely destroy your personal data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
