Terms & Conditions

General

  • We reserve the right to amend, vary or cancel these terms and conditions at any time.

  • By booking an appointment with us, you are subject to these terms and conditions.

  • No photographs or videos may be taken on the premises at any time without our written permission. We reserve the right to eject anyone we believe to be taking photos or videos on any device including mobile phones and this will invalidate any vouchers or deposits on their account.

  • CCTV cameras are in operation for the safety and security of our clients, staff and property.

 

Bookings

  • All bookings are accepted at the discretion of our booking team.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a booking or cancel an appointment if a client’s behaviour, manner or hygiene is deemed inappropriate or offends the staff or other clients.

  • All photoshoots require a session fee or a booking deposit to be paid upon booking at the discretion of our booking team.

  • Failure to attend your appointment or arriving more than 10 minutes late forfeits your appointment and booking deposit or session fee.

 

Vouchers

  • All vouchers and discounts are accepted at the discretion of our booking team.

  • We only accept one voucher or discount per family or household.

  • If your voucher was purchased from or gifted by a third party, additional terms and conditions may apply.

 

Under 21 years

  • We do not offer childcare facilities; therefore you are requested not to bring children who are not involved in your photoshoot or viewing.

  • All attendees under 21 years of age must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian at all times.

  • Boudoir, lingerie and nude shoots are strictly for those over 21 years only.

  • Photo ID in the form of a driver’s licence or passport may be required as verification of age for those under 25 years.

 
Orders

  • All orders are final at the viewing; due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

  • All orders must be paid for in full at the viewing stage.

  • All orders take approximately 1-2 weeks to complete and must be collected from the studio. We do offer a postage facility at an additional cost to you.

 

Copyright & Display

  • Copyright for all images remains with Baby’s 1st Studio Ltd and images must not be reproduced in any form without our written consent.

  • If you purchase digital downloads, a print release will be included which grants you permission to reproduce images for any personal use.

  • We reserve the right to use photographs taken by our photographers for display, website, literature, promotions and advertisements. However, you may request that your photographs not be used for display by emailing info@babys1ststudio.co.uk.
