Sitter
They sat up and suddenly everything changed this milestone deserves its very own moment.

1/1
From newborn to sitter look how far they've come.
Six months old. They're sitting up, finding their voice, pulling the most incredible faces and melting your heart in a completely new way every single day. The sitter session is one of my absolute favourites because at this age, babies are full of personality, curiosity and those irresistible chubby cheeks that you just want to bottle forever. This is such a special stage and it deserves to be documented beautifully.
Curious, cheeky and discovering the world your baby at 6 months is something incredibly special.

A sitter session is perfectly timed for when your baby is comfortably sitting up on their own which typically happens somewhere between 6 and 9 months old. This is such a wonderfully in-between stage they're no longer that tiny curled-up newborn, but they're not yet on the move and into absolutely everything! It is honestly one of the most photogenic ages there is. They're alert, expressive, full of personality and those big curious eyes are taking in absolutely everything around them.
So when exactly is the perfect time for a sitter session?
All personality, All smiles, All theirs.
Sitter sessions are relaxed, fun and completely led by your little one. We'll use a gorgeous selection of props, textures and backdrops to create images that perfectly capture who your baby is at this exact moment in time the giggles, the wide eyes, the wobbly sits and the pure joy of discovering everything around them. These are the photos you'll look back on and absolutely treasure.
Sitting up, eyes wide open and full of personality this stage is pure magic and it deserves to be captured.
Every baby reaches this milestone in their own time, so if your little one is sitting up confidently at 6 months or closer to 9 both are absolutely perfect for a sitter session. If you're unsure whether your baby is ready, just get in touch and we can have a chat and find the timing that feels right for you and your little one.
