The days are long, but the newborn stage is gone in a blink.
I know right now it might not feel like it but these early days disappear faster than you could ever imagine. One moment you're bringing them home, and before you know it they've already changed beyond recognition. A newborn session at Baby's 1st Studio is your chance to freeze time, even just for a little while and capture your baby in all their perfect, precious, brand new glory.
The yawns, the curled up toes, the sleepy stretches this is what newborn magic is made of.

Newborn sessions are best captured within the first 5—14 days of life, when babies are still beautifully sleepy and perfectly curled up, but don't worry if you've missed that window, as we can accommodate newborn sessions right up until your little one is 3 months old. I recommend getting in touch and reserving your date during your pregnancy, so that everything is all ready and waiting the moment your little one makes their arrival.
When should I book?
Relaxed, unhurried and completely led by your baby.
Newborn sessions are 2—3 hours long because we never, ever rush. We follow your baby's lead entirely feeding, settling and soothing whenever needed, so that every photo is taken when your little one is perfectly calm and content. The studio is kept beautifully warm throughout and our carefully curated collection of wraps, props and backdrops means every image is as soft, timeless and beautiful as your new arrival. This is your first outing with your baby and I want it to feel as relaxed and special as possible.
Tiny fingers, sleepy yawns and that brand new baby smell let's capture every single bit of it.
